Gecey’s 24B1911 back lit
FA-24B1911-LED back lit for IGT
FA-24B1911-LED is another product we designed for IGT. Its thickness is 4mm, and its input voltage is 24VDC. In September 2013, Jeff smith from SUZOHAPP told us that IGT had another new back lit needing quotes and samples. We immediately organized our staff to design this product. The biggest difficulty of FA-24B1911-LED lay in the error. Its size was 486.791mm * 277.495mm; the size of luminous part was 468.6mm * 259.1mm; the error requirement for luminous parts was +0/-1.3mm. Since the reflection film, diffusion film and adhesive tape on the back light were pasted manually, this error was too small relative to the total size, and this problem troubled us for a long time.
However, any problem could be overcome. To meet the needs of clients is our biggest goal. After continuous experiments and improvements, the mechanical drawing edition was modified to V12.0, finally the error problem was overcome.
